About Octolyze

We built Octolyze on one belief: an audit should end in a decision you can defend — and admit, out loud, what it did not measure.

Our Story

Why We Built It.

Most audits end in a spreadsheet nobody can act on. We wanted an engine that names the next move — and shows the evidence behind it.

The Problem with a Findings Dump

The old workflow asks an expert to crawl, export, filter, explain, format, and then defend the work — every time. What lands on the client is a wall of rows, sorted by whatever the tool felt like counting. A list of problems is not a plan, and a bigger list is not a better one.

Our Answer

Octolyze compresses that chain into one cloud audit studio where evidence, priority, and presentation live together. It handles the heavy crawl, reconciles the signals, and resolves each issue to a move you can stand behind — a decision system, not a spreadsheet export. Clear enough for a client to read, deep enough for an expert to trust.

Principles

What We Believe.

Four ideas govern every verdict the engine issues — and they are the reason the numbers hold up when a client pushes back.

Unmeasured Is Not Zero.

When a check times out, hits a crawl limit, or lacks the evidence to conclude, we mark it not yet measured — never scored as a pass. An unmeasured signal is nothing, not zero, and pretending otherwise inflates a score on evidence nobody gathered.

One Canonical Score.

Site Health is computed one way and shown the same on every screen. If two views ever disagree, that is a bug to fix — not two opinions to reconcile.

Decision First.

Every signal resolves to a move — problem, expected, review, or opportunity — weighed by how broken it is and how much it matters. We rank by impact, not by whatever is easiest to count.

Partial Audits, Counted Honestly.

A crawl that stops at its page budget is partial, and never judged against a full one as if the site regressed. A lower score after a smaller crawl is a change in scope, not the site — so comparisons count only the pages both crawls covered.

Who It's For

Who It's For.

We build for the people who deliver technical SEO and GEO — and have to defend the call, not just present the data.

Technical SEO & GEO Teams

In-house teams who need more than crawled rows — a decision, the evidence behind it, and proof the fix worked on the next re-crawl.

Consultants

Walk into a call with the decision already made and the reasoning on hand. Spend the hour on strategy, not on assembling screenshots.

Agencies

Run every client on one honest engine, hand each a report-only account, and deliver white-label reports that read clearly and hold up under scrutiny.
