Delivery & Returns

1. A Digital Service — No Physical Shipment

Octolyze is delivered entirely over the internet. Nothing is manufactured, packaged, or mailed to you. There are no carriers, shipping fees, or delivery addresses — the “delivery” is electronic activation of your access to the Service.

2. When Access Is Delivered

When your payment is confirmed, your paid plan is activated on your Octolyze account. Activation is normally immediate and, in typical cases, completes within a few minutes. You then use the Service by signing in at app.octolyze.com with your account credentials.

3. Accounts That Are Approved First

Some accounts require email verification or manual approval before they are activated. Where approval is still pending, your plan is delivered as soon as the account is approved — you are not charged for time spent waiting on approval.

4. What You Receive

Access to Octolyze’s crawling, auditing, scoring, and reporting features, up to the limits of the plan you purchased. The features and limits of each plan are described on our pricing section and may evolve over time, as set out in our Terms.

5. If Your Access Hasn’t Arrived

If your plan isn’t active shortly after a successful payment, email [email protected] from your account’s email address and we’ll put it right. Because delivery is electronic, there are no delivery delays from shipping — an inactive plan is something we can resolve quickly.

6. Billing & Renewal

Paid plans (e.g., Basic, Starter, Pro, Agency) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Cancelling Your Plan

You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after you cancel. To cancel, use your account settings or contact [email protected].

8. Refunds

Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused quota — with one exception: if you have not used the Service at all, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. To request it, email [email protected] within that window. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Services)

Because Octolyze is delivered digitally and its performance begins as soon as you start using it, once you begin using the Service with your consent the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies to that period. Until you first use it, you may withdraw within 7 days for a full refund, exactly as described above.

10. Price & Plan Changes

We may change prices or plan features with reasonable prior notice; changes apply from your next renewal, never retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

11. Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
